So... what happens next?
First, let's get to know each other.
Let me complete a test project for a small fee to make sure we're the right fit for each other.
If you like what I do, we can discuss your project expectations, deadlines, and budget. We can then come to terms with the scope, deliverables, and the fee.
Next, a deposit.
I'll send you an invoice. I ask that my clients pay 50% of the project or retainer fee upfront before I begin the work. The final balance is due upon completion. One exception is single vacation rental property descriptions, which are a 100% upfront fee of $110.
Then, I'll do my thing.
I’ll use the resources you have provided plus my research skills to develop and craft your vacation rental copy. I’ll be in contact with any questions that come up.
And then I'll deliver the goods.
You’ll receive the first draft in your email by the designated deadline. You can review it and provide any edits and/or feedback you would like for a final draft.
I’ll send you the final draft and the invoice for the second half of the project fee. Again — my fee will always depend on your specific project and needs.
